Joe Molinaro is an experienced wedding violinist and DJ based in Pittsburgh, PA. Joe Molinaro grew up in a family of wedding planners and musicians and earned a violin degree from the prestigious IU Jacobs School of Music. He has directed school orchestras, taught music in schools, and toured internationally with his original songs.

For a typical wedding, Joe opens with classically-styled pop violin music and plays custom selections as the wedding party walks down the aisle. During cocktails guests are regaled by familiar pop and rock hits played on violin over lively beats. Then he gets on the mic and after some casual banter breezes the wedding party through grand entrances, first dances, and toasts.

The night will be filled with familiar songs that cycle through eras and styles so everyone gets drawn to the dance floor. Every group is different and Joe tailors his selections to suit each family’s unique style, partly by working with clients and partly by intuition.
